Emergency 24/7 phone support is available through the US office with the exception of December 24, 25, 31 and January 1.

During periods of heavy call volume, you will be asked to leave a call-back message for a support specialist. You can always submit a case online and request to be called back as a follow-up. Using the online case submission allows you to attach useful troubleshooting files such as logs and screenshots and lets you provide the best call-back times when you are available for a return call.
