Note that during periods of heavy call volume, you will be asked to leave a message for a call-back by a Systems Engineer. In the interest of acquiring as many details as possible, you can always submit a case online and request to be called back as a follow-up. This will allow you to attach files such as logs and screenshots, and also provide some timeframes of when you may be available for a return call.
