Player keyboard shortcuts not working with NVDA and JAWS screen readers KBA000003973

When using the NVDA or JAWS screen readers, keyboard shortcut commands do not work in the Mediasite Player.

By default, NVDA uses a "browse mode", which effectively negates most keyboard commands sent by the web browser. This setting can be toggled on or off in NVDA by pressing NVDA+Shift+Space. The NVDA key is configurable by the user, please consult your NVDA settings to determine which key is currently set as the NVDA key.

Likewise, JAWS uses a "Virtual Cursor" mode by default which also negates most keyboard commands. This can be toggled off by pressing Insert+Z.
