Issue

Effective early October 2021, the sending email address used for support case updates will be changed. If your organization has rules that block emails from third parties, you may need to add an exception for the new address.

Solution

The email address is changing from technicalsupport@sonicfoundry.com to customercare@sonicfoundry.com.
